  1. USAGE OF EQUIPMENT: By using our virtual reality (VR) equipment, you agree to follow all usage guidelines and safety procedures as provided by our staff. You assume all risks and liabilities associated with the usage of the equipment.
  2. AGE AND HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS: Some VR experiences have age and height restrictions. Our staff will inform you of any restrictions before you start your gameplay session.
  3. BOOKINGS: All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at any time.
  4. PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
  5. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the booking time will not be refunded.
  6. NO SHOW POLICY: If you fail to show up for your booking, you will not be refunded.
  7. NO REFUND POLICY: All sales of gameplay sessions and VR experiences are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues or equipment malfunctions that prevent customers from enjoying their experience.
  8. LIABILITY: We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur while using our equipment or during gameplay sessions. You assume all risks and liabilities associated with using our equipment and participating in VR experiences.
  9. BEHAVIOR: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior, as determined by our staff.
  10. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT: You will be held liable for any damage caused to our equipment due to misuse or negligence.
  11. PRIVACY: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
  12. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
